Since the new update cannot see my bills says that this is a secondary account contact account holder which is me absolute rubbish as usual from Virgin A year later and the app is still totally useless, Openreach are installing fttp in our area and as soon as it's done it's goodbye Virgin

Not a good experience using this app because every time I use them they try to TRACK my movements and if it wasn't for the fact that I have an anti tracking app installed on my phone they just like many other companies would be building profiles about us. The only reason I keep it, is because I can see how much data, calls and minutes I have left each month, it makes it easier to stay on top of things.

Go to pay you money I owe you and the screen goes massive can't put my card details in. Been like this for months do you not want paying? For a media company this is by far the worst app I have ever used its laggy slow and total rubbish...but please keep removing negative reviews instead of fixing this pile of junk.
